KESC billing goes online

KescKARACHI: The customers of the Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) can download their electricity bills from the KESC's website.

This was announced by the spokesman of the KESC here on Saturday.

He maintained that this is in line with its strategy to provide maximum customer convenience and that the customers can download their electricity bills from KESC's website whenever they find it convenient.

This service would greatly help those customers who have faced delayed billing problem in the past, the spokesman added.

He said that from now onwards, consumers who could not receive their electricity bills on time for any reason, can download their duplicate bills from the KESC website www.kesc.com.pk, where they can go to online billing option and find their current bill which can easily be printed.

For any further information or assistance on this service, consumers can call 118. All Banks have been advised to receive bill payments on the duplicate bill just as they do normally.

The spokesman further pointed out that the KESC has developed this important system to provide the customers yet another facility for problem free service.
