SAC to hold ceremony to observe Iqbal Day on April 21

iqbalISLAMABAD: The Society of Asian Civilizations (SAC) Pakistan will organize a ceremony to observe Iqbal Day on Thursday at the Preston University auditorium.

Arif Usman, Ambassador of Uzbekistan would be the chief guest while Ambassador of Iran, Mashallah Shakri will preside over the function.

A large number of students, scholars and intellectuals will participate to observe the day.

Mrs Aftab Iqbal, Deputy Controller Programme, Radio Pakistan will deliver the lecture of Prof. Syed Ali Athar Zaidi .

In addition, a recording of “Shikwa Jawab-e-Shikwa” would also be presented in the voice of a renowned broadcaster Z.A. Bukhari.

On this occasion, famous singer Hasnain Pasha will

recite “Kalam-e-Iqbal”.
