Sarwar-shrine_ISLAMABAD: An alleged mastermind, accused of plotting twin suicide attack on Syed Sakhi Sarwar shrine near Dera Ghazi Khan, was arrested on Monday, a private TV news channel reported.

The blasts took place when hundreds of devotees from various parts of the country had thronged the shrine to attend the week- long Urs-cum-spring festivities in the remote town of Sakhi Sarwar, 35 kilometres from Dera Ghazi Khan city on April 03.
