Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has announced to run a new train between Lahore and Gujranwala, it was learnt.

The Gujranwala Express will star operations from 24th February, and will be inaugurated by Minister of Railways, Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed. According to the Railways spokesperson, Pakistan Railways has fixed a fare of Rs100 for this new train that runs between Lahore to Gujranwala in view of the increasing number of passengers.

According to the spokesperson, three trains will run daily from Gujranwala to Lahore, while three trains will go to Gujranwala from Lahore on daily basis.
