Indian TV actor Kushal Punjabi commits suicide

• He was 37-year-old  was found hanging in his Mumbai home in an early hours of Friday.
• The cops have recovered a suicide note from his place.

37-year-old Indian television actor Kushal Punjabi has committed suicide by hanging himself in his Mumbai home in an early hours of Friday. Reportedly, the cops have recovered a suicide note from his place.

Mumbai Police spokesperson has said that the motive for committing suicide is not yet known. Punjabi, whose body was found by his parents around 2 am, left behind a suicide note in which he said nobody should be held responsible for his death.

The note also said that all his property should be divided between his parents, daughter and sisters.

According to Indian media reports, senior police inspector from Bandra police station said, “He was found dead by his parents around 2 am on Friday. His parents reached his building after he did not picked up their calls. He left a one-and-a-half page suicide note”.

TV actor Karanvir Bohra took to social media to break the news and soon after condolences from other co-actors and fellow industry mates started pouring in for the family.
