KARACHI: Four ships arrived at Port Qasim on Monday, carrying palm oil at LCT containers at QICT wheat and rice at FAP, a statement issued by PQA here Tuesday said.
Berth occupancy was maintained at 50% at the port on Saturday where a total of six ship namely M.V Catamaraca, M.V Safmaeine Nagmi, M.V Maryann Hudson, M.V Uni Corn Emerld, M.T Bunga Azalia, M.T Harsanadi, M.T Framura are currently occupying berth to load/offload cement, containers, furnace oil, chemical, palm oil, wheat, rice was handled at Port Qasim last 24 hours.
Cargo handled operations were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume 101204 tonnes comprising 65135 tonnes import, 36069 tonnes export, 2167 (TUES) was handled at the Port Qasim during last 24 hours.
M.V Safmarine Ngami, M.T Bunga Azalea, M.T Faramura, M.T Harsanadai sailed on Tuesday, morning.
M.V CMA Ravel at QICTY M.T SC Bei Hai at LCT M.T Al Salam-II at FOTCO arrive on 01st May.
