Chickenpox might end; Mohammad Amir chances into World Cup 2019

Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Amir chances to make into the upcoming ICC World Cup 2019, has hit another roadblock after it was learnt that the speedster has contacted chickenpox.

As per media reports, Amir missed to make into the second One Day International (ODI) against England due to what officials said was a viral infection and is likely to miss the third game in Bristol tomorrow as well.

Mohammad Amir was initially not picked in the World Cup 15-members squad, however, there were strong indications that the swinging fast bowler would make into the cricket ultimate tournament if he performs well in the ongoing ODI series against England, but unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.

It was further reported that Amir is present in London with his family and not with the Pakistan team.

Meanwhile, Pakistan lost the high scoring thriller, after they just fell short of 12 runs while chasing a mammoth target of 373 at Southampton. With the five match series 1-0, Pakistan would take on the host England in the third One Day International (ODI) on Tuesday at Bristol.
