Russia's Rosneft says proven hydrocarbon reserves up 4pc

Russian energy giant Rosneft says: Proven hydrocarbon reserves up 4 percent in 2018, Reserves replacement ratio in tonnes stood at 173 percent in 2018, and, in barrels, 175 percent.

As of Dec. 31, 2018, Rosneft's proven hydrocarbon reserves under SEC classification stood at 41.431 billion barrels of oil equivalent, or 5.597 billion tonnes of oil equivalent.

SEC proven reserves life is more than 20 years.

2018, reserves growth was due to successful exploration, the start of development of new field areas as well as improved development performance in traditional production regions.
