PMEX daily trading report

On Thursday at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited, PMEX Commodity Index closed at 3,224. The traded value of Metals, Energy and COTS/FX was recorded at PKR 2.434 billion and the number of lots traded was 6,705.
Major business was contributed by gold PKR 1.055 billion, followed by currencies through COTS PKR 447.301 million, silver PKR 219.091 million, platinum PKR 204.153 million, WTI crude oil PKR 145.833million, natural gas PKR 121.992 million, DJ PKR 87.749 million, NSDQ 100 PKR 84.178 million, copper PKR 51.207million, SP500 PKR 9.796 million and Brent crude oil PKR 7.703 million. In agricultural commodities, three lots of cotton amounting to PKR 1.317 million were traded.
