The CEO of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) Syed Wajid Ali Kazmi said on Friday that the ratio of power theft was higher in areas dominated with tube well connections. He said the rural areas, particularly in and around major cities, was rampant with power stealing wherever tube well connections are in a big number. "We face administrative constraints in these areas," he added.
