University of Health Sciences (UHS) Friday declared the results of first professional BDS annual examination 2017 showing pass percentage 74.45. A total of 930 candidates from 14 affiliated dental colleges appeared in the examination out of which 609 passed and 209 failed. Mahnoor Zahra D/O Imran Ali of FMH College of Medicine & Dentistry, Lahore got first position securing 618/700 marks.
Saba Nasir D/O Muhammad Nasir Abbasi of Dental Section, Faisalabad Medical University, Faisalabad and Zoha Nasir D/O Nasir Mehmood Sheikh got second and third positions, securing 598/700 and 596/700 marks respectively. Supplementary exams will commence on January 30, 2018, a UHS spokesman, said.
