NAB arrests LDA deputy director

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has arrested Deputy Director Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Ahmed Khan on charges of involvement in fabricating bogus plots and files in Mustafa Town. The NAB has taken cognizance over numerous complaints regarding embezzlement in housing societies worth billions of rupees. The DG NAB Lahore authorized active investigations against officials of LDA in June, 2017, regarding manipulations found in preparing, approving and sale of around 16 bogus files of Mustafa Town, Lahore.
