Sabika’s body arrived in Karachi; funeral prayer at 9am today

KARACHI: The body of Sabika Sheikh, a Pakistani exchange student who among the 10 people killed in school shooting in Texas, arrived in Karachi on Wednesday.
Before sending the body, funeral prayers of the 17-year-old deceased were held in Houston, United States on Sunday. 17-year-old slain student killed in a mass shooting at her southeast Texas high school.
Turkish Airlines, carrying Sabika's body, arrived from United States at Karachi airport, media reported suggested. Her funeral prayer will be held at 9am at Gulshan-e-Iqbal's Hakeem Saeed Ground. She will be buried in the Azeempura graveyard, Shah Faisal Colony.
Sabika’s family members among American Consulate General of the United States in Karachi, John Warner, were also in Jinnah Terminal for collecting her body.
