KARACHI: The total cargo handled at Karachi Port during the last 24hours closed at 166,960 Metric tonnes.

The break-up shows that the port has handled 49,037 Metric tonnes of export cargo and 117,923 Metric tonnes of import cargo during the said period.

PORT QASIM

A total of eleven ships were engaged at PQA berths during the last 24 hours, out of them two ships, Mol Earnest and Bahri Ghadah left the port on Tuesday morning while two more ships, Malmo and Vosco Proper expected to sail on Tuesday afternoon.

Cargo volume of 111,709 tones comprising 93,312 tones imports cargo and 18,397 export cargo carried in 815 Containers (290 TEUs Imports & 525 TEUs Export)was handled at the port during last 24 hours.

There are 14 ships at Outer Anchorage of the Port Qasim, out of them four ships, Jabal Harm, Zea Servant, Peonia and Dixon & two more ships, Maersk Ferrato and GSL Melina carrying Steel Coil, General Cargo, Palm oil, Coal and Container are expected to take berths MW-1, MW-2, LCT, PIBT and QICT respectively on Tuesday 4th July, 2026.
