ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s delegation led by Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch has arrived in Geneva along with senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, diplomatic sources revealed on Wednesday.
According to MOFA official, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, and other senior government officials, are scheduled to travel to Switzerland Thursday morning to take part in US-Iran MoU signing ceremony being hosted by Pakistan in Swiss tourist resort Burgenstock near city of Luzern on Friday.
Additional senior Foreign Office officials have also departed for Geneva Wednesday night as preparations continue for the anticipated signing ceremony of the Iran-US Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
