SSGC announces gas supply schedule for Eid-ul-Fitr

  • Company advises customers to contact its 24/7 helpline at 1199 in case of any gas-related complaints
Published Updated

Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) on Friday announced a special gas supply schedule for domestic and commercial consumers during the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr, aiming to ensure smooth availability amid peak festive demand.

In a statement, the company extended Eid greetings to its customers and said its management has taken necessary measures to maintain adequate gas pressure while ensuring a healthy line pack during the holidays.

According to the schedule, there will be no gas load-shedding on Chand Raat, with uninterrupted supply throughout the night and the following day until midnight (12:00 am).

However, on the night between the first and second day of Eid, gas supply will remain suspended from 12:00 am to 6:00 am, after which it will resume from 6:00 am till midnight.

A similar pattern will be followed on the night between the second and third day of Eid, with supply suspended from 12:00 am to 6:00 am and restored from 6:00 am to midnight.

From the third day of Eid onwards, gas will be available from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, while supply will remain suspended from 10:00 pm to 5:30 am, reverting to the pre-Ramazan load management schedule.

SSGC advised customers to contact its 24/7 helpline at 1199 in case of any gas-related complaints, adding that dedicated teams will remain available to address issues during the Eid holidays.
