LAHORE: The Lahore High Court on Friday allowed time to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) again to submit its report till December 15 in a petition of YouTuber Saad ur Rehman alias Ducky Bhai seeking return of his social media accounts, ATM and credit cards.
Earlier the NCCIA’s counsel informed the court that the investigating officer was currently in Islamabad and he had not returned case file yet.
The petitioner’s counsel to a court query contended that all electronic devices including mobile phones were in NCCIA’s possession hence the petitioner’s main account is with the NCCIA.
The Ducky Bhai’s counsel further contended that since this was custody application, all electronic devices including four credit cards of his client and the seized cash should also be returned.
