Outgoing UAE envoy meets PM

ISLAMABAD: The outgoing United Arab Emirates Ambassador to Pakistan, Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Al-Zaabi, on Monday paid a farewell call on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

The prime minister congratulated Ambassador Al-Zaabi on completing his tenure and thanked him for his efforts in strengthening Pakistan-UAE relations.

He praised UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s leadership in deepening bilateral ties and noted recent diplomatic engagements, including visits by UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
