Russian embassy says ‘closely following’ developments

ISLAMABAD: In an unusual development, the Embassy of Russia in Islamabad on Tuesday stated that it is ‘closely following’ the developments in Pakistan, including the political situation and court decisions.

In a post over the social media platform, X, the embassy also stated that it is up to the people of Pakistan to react and comment on these developments. The embassy, however, did not mention any context of the statement.
