DUBAI: Dubai’s ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum on Thursday issued a law imposing an annual tax of 20% on foreign banks operating in the emirate, except those banks which are licensed to operate in Dubai’s international financial centre, the emirate’s media office said.
