ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Murtaza Solangi on Wednesday emphasised the need to create synergies, where possible, among the allied departments of the Information Ministry.
Chairing a meeting regarding the integration of social media accounts of various departments of the Information Ministry, he pointed out that Radio Pakistan, PTV and Associated Press of Pakistan are news disseminating organisations and synergy among them is possible in the realm of social media.
The information minister underscored the importance of expanding the government’s presence on social media, noting it would effectively showcase Pakistan’s narrative and promote a positive image both domestically and internationally.
