ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), on Thursday, slashed the price of domestic 11.8 kg LPG cylinder by Rs438.22 or Rs37.13 per kg with effect from June 1, 2023.
In a monthly review, the regulator has fixed at the domestic cylinder price Rs2,321.67 which was Rs2,759.89 in the previous month of May.
The reduction has also been recorded in per ton price of LPG.
New price of LPG is now Rs196,752.04 per ton which was earlier Rs233,888 per ton in May. Rs37,136.80 per ton reduction is recorded for June.
Domestic consumers are paying Rs55.09 petroleum levy (PL) and Rs279.81 GST on the cylinder.
The price for LPG producers is now Rs155,452.04 per ton for the month of June which was Rs192,588.84 per ton in May.
