ISLAMABAD: The government has removed Secretary Finance Hamid Yaqoob Sheikh and appointed Imdadullah Bosal as new Secretary Finance Division on Thursday.
According to a nonfiction issued by the Establishment Division, Imdadullah Bosal, a BS-22 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, presently posted as Special Secretary, Finance Division is transferred and posted as Secretary, Finance Division, with immediate effect and until further orders.
In another notification, Hamid Yaqoob Sheikh, a BS-22 Officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, presently posted as secretary Finance Division is transfer and directed to report to Establishment Division with immediate effect and until further orders.
On May 3, 2023, the government has transferred Imdadullah Bosal, a BS-22 officer of PAS presently posted as OSD in Establishment division and posted a special Secretary Finance Division on the newly created post with immediate effect.
The government has also appointed Managing Directors of Pak-Kuwait, Pak Libya, Pak-Oman and Pak Brunei investment companies. According to Finance division notifications, Saad ur Rehman has been appointed as Managing Director Pak-Kuwait Investment Company, Tariq Mahmood as MD Pak Libya, S.M Amir Shamim as MD Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited and Nauman Ansari as MD Pak Oman Investment Company Limited.
