Navid appointed new PTCL chairman

ISLAMABAD: The Board of Directors of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited has appointed Navid Ahmed Shaikh as the new chairman and Dr Ahmed Mujtaba Memon as the director with immediate effect.

As a result of a change of management of the company, Mohsin Mushtaq Chandna (chairman) and Dr Iram Anjum Khan (director) resigned from the Board of Directors on March 29th, 2023, with new appointments taking effect the same day.

The new board of the company now consists of the following; Navid Ahmed Shaikh (Chairman), Abdulrahim A Al Nooryani (Director), Hamed Yaqoob Sheikh (Director), Hatem Dowidar (Director), Ahmed Mujtaba Memon (Director), Mikhail Gerchuk (Director), Mohamed Karim Bennis (Director), Ahad Khan Cheema (Director), and Burak Sevilengul (Director).

I am very disappointed on the poor performance of the staff involved in complaint redressal. Filed a complaint on 1218 about scratches on picture of channel 129 AVT Khyber but could not be resolved till date. I have sent emails on customer care email address but no response after 3 days. I am 71 and feel ashamed of the non responsive attitude of ptcl staff Salahuddin 0915861916

I would like to talk one of authority of ptcl , my wrong billing subject not resolve by billing department,i feel they are not having any respect for ptcl customers or customer support, they have sent me my 20 mbps connection which shall be 2290 its more , buy they are only sitting and destroy ptcl name ,my contacts 03204453096 , 04236623839 land line , please ask your staff to call me and inquire about my complaint, this will you to know blacksheeps in ptcl ,thanks

The PTCL services feels like a scam artists, I have paid two bills and still did not get the package, I have emails calls on record for complaint and requesting service. The complaint department can not act nor they have any policy shared with user so that both parties must respect. It is like buying potato’s. The service providers don’t have any authority to make any decisions on the spot they are hopeless. PTCL @scam artists.

Services in Saleh Muhammad Village, Landhi, Karachi are not available for the last 15+ days. Inspite of repeated complaints there is no response.
