WASHINGTON: US President Joe Biden was to hold a press conference on Wednesday the day after midterm elections in which his Democratic Party broadly performed better than expected.
The president was set to speak and take questions at 4:00 pm (2100 GMT), the White House said, as counting continued in several key votes that will determine the balance of power in Congress.
