KARACHI: The Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the shareholders has approved to change the Company name from Telecard Limited to Telecore Technologies Limited.

The Extra Ordinary General Meeting has resulted in getting the requisite approval from the shareholders for the change on name, material information sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Tuesday said. Now, the Company is in the process of getting the necessary approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, it added.
