KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 9.431billion and the number of lots traded at 9,944. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 4.219 billion, followed byCurrencies through COTS (PKR 1.241 billion),Crude Oil (PKR 772.046million),NSDQ 100 (PKR 768.502million), Platinum (PKR 585.789million),Silver (PKR 511.976 million), Copper (PKR 443.085million),DJ (PKR 381.774million),Natural Gas (PKR 295.844million) and SP 500 (PKR 210.879million). In Agricultural Commodities,3 lots of Cotton amounting to (PKR 2.100 million) were traded.
