KARACHI: Gold prices on Monday lost some momentum on the local market, traders said. The fall of Rs 700 has scaled down the yellow metal price to Rs 107,300 per tola.
Gold price per 10 gram reduced by Rs 601 to Rs 91,992 on the domestic market.
The precious metal was quoted selling for $1735 per ounce on the world market.
Silver was traded for Rs 1,370 per tola, Rs 1174.55 per 10 gram and $25.68 per ounce, traders said.
