KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of metals, energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 9.904 billion and the number of lots traded 9,702.

Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 4.842 billion, followed by currencies through COTS PKR 2.126 billion, NSDQ 100 PKR 1.666 billion, silver PKR 361.879 million, DJ PKR 277.546 million, crude oil PKR 247.077 million, natural gas PKR 192.149 million, platinum PKR 192.149 million, SP500 PKR 45.134 million, Japan Equity PKR 9.185 million and copper PKR 4.054 million.
