KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of metals, energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 6.895 billion and the number of lots traded 8,326.

Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 2.634 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 PKR 1.355 billion, currencies through COTS PKR 824.881 million, DJ PKR 627.621 million, silver PKR 627.621 million, natural gas PKR 319.700 million, crude oil PKR 235.000 million, platinum PKR 178.253 million, copper PKR 150.173 million and SP500 PKR 57.983 million.

In agriculture commodities, one lot of cotton amounting to PKR 0.545 million was traded.

NOTE: The summery of PMEX was not received on Tuesday due to some technical problems.
