Shruti Haasan confirms her relationship with Michael Corsale
From meeting the parents to being spotted at the airport, actress Shruti Haasan has often been clicked by the paparazzi with her beau Michael Corsale. Even though the actress has always kept quiet about her relationship, she has now confirmed her relationship status with the London-based actor.
The actress recently celebrated her 32nd birthday with a bunch of friends and her boyfriend Michael in Los Angeles. Shruti shared a couple of pictures on her Instagram and a cake cutting video.
When quizzed about her relationship status, she said, “I’m tired of the marriage rumours. Everyone knows about him, but I don’t see why I should speak about him.” The actress, who comes from an unconventional family set-up, also said that her parents’ marriage has not made her cynical, adding, “That was their life, this is mine. I know how to hold on to my relationships,” Indian media reported.
News broke out that the actress is going to tie the knot soon, when the couple attended a wedding function together in Chennai. Corsale impressed all by wearing traditional wear at the function.
Shruti cleared the air with just a single statement, “I’m not getting married anytime soon but I want my relationship status to be very private. Due to my parents being celebs, my life was never private. That is why I’m protective of my relationship. But don’t worry, I’m not exchanging ring or garlands in the recent future. I’m happy with how it is now”.
