Fire Brigade employees get salaries

The payment of salary of 1,263 employees of fire brigade was made while the Rs 12 million amount in the head of overtime will also be paid by 20th February. Municipal Commissioner KMC Matanat Ali Khan said this in meeting with the delegation of fire brigade officials which called on him in his office here on Tuesday.
He said that officials working in fire brigade are our heroes and their all problems including payment of salaries and overtime and issuance of new uniforms for them will be solved on preferential basis. Municipal Commissioner said that the payment of salary of 1,263 employees of fire brigade was made on Tuesday while the Rs 12 million amount in the head of overtime will also be paid by 20th February.
He said that new uniforms were also being immediately provided to employees of fire brigade department. He also announced provision of job to the son or daughter of the deceased employees. The fire brigade employees expressed pleasure on it and thanked the Municipal Commissioner for listening to their problems and taking interest in their urgent solution.
