Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Muhammad Yasin Malik, has appealed Saudi Arabia to impress upon India to resolve the Kashmir dispute, once for all.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Yasin Malik, while addressing a function of Kashmiri community in Jeddah, said that Saudi Arabia is the centre of Muslims across the world and due to the presence of Muslim representative bodies like OIC and Arab League, it was important to highlight the Kashmir dispute. He stressed that only an amicable resolution of the dispute could mitigate the sufferings of the people of occupied Kashmir.
The JKLF chairman urged the Pakistanis and Kashmiris living in Suadi Arabia to play their collective role in highlighting gross human rights violations perpetrated by Indian police and troops in the occupied territory.
