Over the past few years, Cellular Mobile sector of Pakistan has witnessed unprecedented growth. This expansion has further increased PTA responsibilities to ensure that the customers get quality of service of international standard and for which they pay. I am glad that, PTA is continuously monitoring the quality and making serious efforts in this regard for its improvement.
Regular monitoring and survey mechanisms are reliable to access the quality. The results shown in this supplement are based on the surveys carried out through special tools and customers perception.
