ISE index up 17.85 points

Equities moved both ways at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Friday where investors adopted cautious approach amid increase in index. ISE-10 Index showed an improvement of 17.85 points from 2,713.32 points to 2,731.17 points. Turnover amounted to 17,420 shares as compared to previous volume of 20,800 shares.
Total 125 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (76) closed in positive territory and 49 closed in negative territory. The turnover of Fatima Fertiliser was 5,100 shares. The volume of Pakistan Oilfields was 4,100 shares. The turnover of Lotte Pakistan PTA was 3,500 shares.
