Equities fluctuate on ISE

Equities moved both ways at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where investors adopted a cautious approach under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an increase of 26.54 points, as the Index moved from 3,021.00 to 3,047.54 points. The overall turnover amounted to 71,700 shares, as compared to previous volume of 42,000 shares.
Total 159 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (109) closed in positive territory, 50 closed in negative territory. The turnover of Fatima Fertiliser was 27,000 shares. The volume of Lotte Pakistan PTA was 22,500 shares. The turnover of Dewan Salman Fibres was 10,000 shares.
