Watch: Vidya Balan gives priceless answer on being called ‘fat’

Bollywood actress Vidya Balan is currently busy promoting her upcoming movie ‘Tumhari Sulu’ and during one of these events, the National Award winning actress was talking to the media where one of the journalists indirectly called her fat but her reaction was priceless.

Vidya was caught up in an awkward situation when a media person threw a shocking, yet an unexpected question, on her way. The reporter asked, "Have you thought of losing weight for glamorous roles or want to continue doing women-centric films?"

In a video posted by Lehren TV, ‘Dirty Picture’ actress was visibly shocked and stunned after hearing these words. However, Vidya still managed to give a polite but a very strong reply to the journalist. “There’s no connection between women-centric roles and weight loss. I am happy with the work I am currently doing. However, [referring to journalist] there should be a change in the mindsets of people like you [who fat-shame people].”

Vidya’s movie ‘Tumhari Sulu’ is all set to release on November 17. The movie also stars Neha Dhupia and Manav Kaul.
