Kareena Kapoor refuses to work with Shah Rukh Khan

Bollywood Diva Kareena Kapoor Khan who is the newest mommy of B-town rejected to work with the King Khan in his upcoming Anand L Rai project. The actress was approached for the leading role opposite SRK but she had other plans on her mind.

Anand L Rai’s untitled movie has gathered up a lot of attention as the project is said to be rather unconventional in the light of Shah Rukh Khan’s previous work, for this reason perhaps the director was quiet apprehended in choosing the actress opposite the star.

According to Indian media reports, Rai chose Kareena for the role but the actress said no to the project. It is said that the actress refused the SRK starrer movie for her other movie ‘Veere Di Wedding’ as the shoot dates for both the projects were clashing.

Both Shah Rukh and Kareena have previously worked together in projects like Ra One, Ashoka and Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum.

After Kareena’s rejection, Rai is opting Katrina and Anushka for her role in the movie. Shah Rukh Khan on the other hand is incredibly excited for his upcoming project, the actor said, “For me, this film is technologically the most superior one made in India. Considering the technology we’ve used, it’s quite awesome that we’ve created such a film in India. I am so proud that my team is involved in it. In fact, we have set up a whole new office in Goregaon (for it). We have shot for around 10-15 days and Anand has told me that he will edit it and show me (the final results).”
