PESHAWAR: The Awami National Party (ANP) has completed all arrangements to observe the fourth death anniversary of slain leader Bashir Ahmed Bilour on December 22, 2016.
Quran Khwani would be held for the departed soul of Bilour besides blood donation camps where ANP workers besides people would donate blood for poor patients.
Arrangements to this effect has been finalized during a meeting presided over by district general secretary Sartaj Khan of ANP here.
It has been decided that a public meeting at Namak Mandi Peshawar would be held on December 22 where ANP central leaders would highlight services of the slain Bilour for democracy and the party.
The former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Senior Minister Bashir Ahmad Bilour was assassinated in a suicide attack in the Dhaki Naalbandi locality in the historic Qissa Khwani Bazaar Peshawar on December 22, 2012.
