RECORDER REPORT: PSX MID DAY UPDATE

KARACHI: On Friday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 46526.73 with a positive change of 168.38 and volume of 92,979,980 shares.

High and Low were 46661.74 and 46229.89 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 169,325,300 shares with 346 total traded companies out of which 168 were up, 168 were down and 10 were unchanged.

TRANSPORT was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 25,941,600 shares. It was followed by COMMERCIAL BANKS with a total traded volume of 24,099,700 shares.

The three top traded companies were Pak Int.Bulk with a volume of 21,666,500 and price per share of 36.70 (1.02), B.O.Punjab with a volume 13,124,000 of price per share of 17.35 (0.40), Sui South Gas with a volume 8,547,500 of price per share of 38.18 (1.20).

The top three advancers were Sanofi-Aventis with price per share 2305.35 (109.77), The Searle Co.XDXB with price per share of 674.88 (32.13) and Colgate Palmolive share of 1699.00 (28.93).

The top three decliners were Murree Brewery with price per share of 982.00 (-13.40), Indus Motor Co with price per share of 1588.00 (-12.92) and Lucky Cement per share of 835.00 (-10.25).
