Delays, cancellations of PIA flights continue

KARACHI: The national flag-carrier Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is facing delays and cancellations of flights thanks to technical glitches as well as the shortage of planes.
The recent incident of flight delay occurred when PIA flight PK-255 rose in the air and soon its power generator went out of order. The flight carrying 95 passengers was soon taken down in emergency landing at Karachi airport.
Various PIA flight including Islamabad-Skardu PK-451 and PK-356 moving from Lahore to Islamabad and Karachi-Muscat PK-225 were cancelled.
