LONDON: European stock markets advanced in opening deals on Tuesday, with London's FTSE 100 index up 0.6 percent at 6,394.87 points.
Elsewhere, Frankfurt's DAX 30 rose 0.4 percent to 11,422.47 points and the Paris CAC 40 was up almost 0.1 percent at 4,960.38 compared with Monday's closing level.
