Bank_EnglandLONDON: Order books for Britain's syndicated sale of 50-year gilts will open early on Tuesday, a banker at one of the bookrunners said on Monday.

The sale of the 4 percent 2060 gilt sale is Britain's second syndicated gilt offering this financial year.

Previous syndicated gilt offerings have launched and priced on the same day.

Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and RBC Capital Markets are acting as bookrunners for the deal, with all other gilt-edged market makers invited to be co-lead managers.

Britain plans to raise 31.6 billion pounds ($50.45 billion) via up to eight syndicated gilt sales this year.
