ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) through `Reconnect Campaign' has invited all previous customers who discontinued their usage of PTCL Landline, while offering them various incentives.
"Unlike any other customer win-back campaign, ours will have the most persuasive winning factor of offering our customers a reliable answer to an unpredictable communication environment in which they have an unavoidable need for staying connected, an official told APP.
Not only that, PTCL holds a remarkable edge in this segment due to the fact that PTCL Landline is now more economical than ever with presence of packages like 'Freedom Unlimited and Double Up Unlimited'.
Therefore, the absolute DNA of PTCL Landline makes it ideal for households and businesses to enjoy seamless connectivity, he said.
Under Reconnect Offer, customers can enjoy free installation, restoration, unlimited On-Net Calls for Rs250 per month till December 2013, Zero Line Rent and 50 percent discount on outstanding PTCL dues.
Official said all customers who have disconnected their PTCL Landline connection before 31st of January 2013, either voluntarily or because of non-payment of PTCL bills in the past will be eligible for this offer.
"In addition to this, Double Play customers can also reconnect their Broadband services along with their Landline Services without any Reconnection charges".
