Unilever Foods declares 660pc cash dividend on higher profit

KARACHI: Unilever Pakistan Foods Ltd has posted a higher profit after tax of Rs 715.172 million during the year ending December 31, 2012 and declared a final cash dividend of Rs 66 per share.

According to financial results sent to KSE here Friday, the pre- tax profit of the company surged to Rs 1.058 million during the period under review compared to Rs 910.132 million in the same period last year.

The earning per share also jumped to Rs 116.14 compared to Rs 100.15 in December 2011.
