Pakistan’s tail worst in the world, says Raja
Pakistan former captain turned commentator, Ramiz Raja blasted on the Pakistan’s tail-enders terming it as the ‘worst in the world.’
“If you ask me, we have the worst tail-enders in the world, because I have not seen anyone who gives up so easily,” said Raja, while talking at Ramiz Speaks. The former captain went on to say that the tail-enders performance is so dismal that they might get dropped out due to their batting.
Raja statement comes amid Pakistan’s cricket team bashing at the hands of New Zealand, after Sarfraz’s men lost the three-match Test series 2-1 in UAE.
“If the tail-enders get nervous on the pitch, this destroys the image of the team and if they fight back, then the message that goes to the opposition is that the entire team is ready to fight,” he added.
Pakistan led by Sarfraz Ahmed would begin their away campaign against South Africa, on Boxing Day December 26th at Centurion.
Pakistan will also play five one-day internationals and three T20Is on the tour.
