Forbes’s highest-grossing actress of 2017 Gal Gadot has raked in $1.4 billion in movie tickets worldwide for portraying the same superhero twice in six months. She has become one of the most popular actresses worldwide.
Almost a week ago, she posted a picture that has won millions of hearts, especially in South Asia. In the picture, which she posted for New Year, she seems to be wearing an eastern kind of dress and people are referring her as a ‘Punjaban’.
Indian actor Diljit Dosanjh also showered his fan love for the ‘Wonder Women’ and commented, 'Kudi Punjaban lagdi ah..'. A section of Instagram users also agreed with the ‘Udta Punjab’ actor.Earlier, the actor also showed his affection for reality TV actors Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner. Diljit has left multiple comments on Kylie and Kim’s Instagram posts.
While walking the red carpet at the 29th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala, Gadot took a moment to reflect on her amazing Wonder Woman year. “It feels amazing. I feel grateful,” she told E! News. “I think that the universe has played this entire thing in the most beautiful, special way. I think that people were really, really ready for this movie, and I think that my director Patty Jenkins had such a great, special take and vision on this character. She's done amazing”.
