SYDNEY: ING Real Estate Investment Management, a unit of Dutch bancassurer, ING has agreed to transfer the management of Australia's ING Office Fund to unlisted Investa Property Group.
Investa would also acquire the 2.5 percent stake in ING Office Fund owned by ING, the company said in a statement.
ING has split its bank and insurance operations and is selling down some of its real estate operations.
