PORT LOUIS: The weighted average yield on Mauritius' 182-day Treasury bills fell to 3.27 percent at auction on Friday from 3.38 percent at the previous sale, the central bank said.
Bank of Mauritius received bids worth 1.655 billion rupees but sold only the 400 million rupees ($13.16 million) on offer, it said in a statement.
Investors put in bids at yields ranging from 4.00 percent to 3.20 percent. The bank rate posted was 3.44 percent. ($1 = 30.4000 Mauritius rupees)
