PRAGUE?: The Czech carbon credits registry will reopen on Thursday following a theft which halted all trade in January, the registry's chief said on Tuesday.

"About 10 minutes ago I received an email from Brussels, we will reopen for trading on Thursday morning," Jiri Stastny, general director of Czech market operator told Reuters.
